People who think for themselves are rarities. So many people conform to the opinions of their friends or what’s trending… and it’s dangerous.
We all practice this “group think” to an extent, but when our worldviews affect who we put into office, or who/what we chose to worship (or not worship), it becomes dangerous if we don’t understand what we are doing. We are driving with our eyes closed.
Do yourselves a favor and spend a few minutes or more today and really ask yourself why you believe what you believe. Dig deep to see if anything changes or becomes clear. Ask questions from people who hold an opposing viewpoint. Be civil with each other. If you don’t have, or cannot identify a solid framework and foundation for your “beliefs” then you may have fallen victim to this “group think” and are causing more harm to the world (and yourself) than good.
