I was fortunate to capture this the other day.  I have always wanted to see a bald eagle in the wild.  I saw one for my first time about a week and a half ago, then on Friday, I was driving into down and this guy swooped down in front of me to pick something up then landed in a tree.  I turned around and watched him chilling until about five minutes later, he took off again and I caught a series of images with my 70-200.  This is zoomed in quite a bit, but the clarity isn’t all that bad.  I hope to get another opportunity like tis again, but if not, I am satisfied - and grateful.
